WORKSHOPS
Are true workshops of culinary wisdom, with all the tricks and techniques at your finger tips. From ethnic food, to cooking techniques and traditional cuisines like Italian and French, just as examples. The Workshops are always unique experiences of learning and fun. Here, you will learn deeply and hands on!

COURSES
From the basics to pastry, the courses will make anyone an expert in the art of sauté, knowing from heart all the cuts and cooking times, the technics and secrets, building a strong backbone for future learning. These are the complete basics to cook for the family, impress friends ou to conquer hearts!
